Job summary

Sepire is a marketing services and communications distribution company delivering automated, secure digital print solutions in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Print Operator will operate the Ricoh VC70000 and related equipment, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery across multiple jobs.

You will collaborate with Client Services, Prepress, Bindery, and Operations, maintain color and substrate profiles, and support continuous improvement in a HIPAA/SOC 2/OSHA compliant

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating digital color production printing equipment.
• Ricoh VC70000 experience is highly desirable.
• Color management, sample matching, and device/substrate profiling.
• Knowledge of imposition and digital print workflows.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort using production software and collaboration tools.
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the Ricoh VC70000 and other digital production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press- and print-related issues.
• Create and maintain substrate and color profiles for new materials.
• Monitor color and print quality against established standards.
• Verify registration, sequence, and data integrity across production.
• Follow SOPs and quality requirements for each job.
• Document production sampling and inspections.
