Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking a hands-on Digital Print Maintenance Technician to keep our packaging production equipment running at peak performance. You will lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot downtime, and train teams while championing safety practices across the line.

You will work on digital printing and material-handling gear, with a focus on uptime, cost control, and quality. A strong safety mindset and 3+ years in industrial maintenance are expected.

Qualifications

Your role here

As a Digital Print Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our production equipment running at its best—leading preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding quickly to downtime. You’ll also support and train production teams and champion safe work practices, directly shaping uptime, cost, waste, efficiency, and quality.

Your experience and background

• Hands-on experiencemaintainingand repairing production equipment—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls.
• Familiarity with digital printing and material-handling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to get equipment running again quickly.
• Experience running a preventive maintenance program and keeping equipment on schedule.
• Comfortable working on support equipment like air compressors, chillers, and forklifts.
• A safety-first mentality, including lockout/tagout and safe electrical practices.
• Background in training team members and keeping clear maintenance records.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. Three (3) plus years of experience dealing with the maintenance and/or installation of industrial machinery, preferably in a food or beverage production environment.
