Job summary

IQ Resource Group – Green Bay is hiring an HP Digital Press Operator to join our Press Operations team. You’ll bring labels and packaging to life, deliver standout results for customers, and see your work on store shelves making brands shine.

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm; 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu, 10pm-6am. You will operate HP/UV digital print technologies and support color management while collaborating with teammates to ensure top-quality output.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Prior exposure to print technology is a plus.
• Lean ISO knowledge is a plus.

We’re hiring an HP Digital Press Operator to join our Press Operations team, where you’ll bring labels and packaging to life, deliver standout results for our customers, and see your work on store shelves making brands shine. Pay:

$24-28/hr depending on experience

Shift:

• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
• 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am

Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include:

• Operate HP or UV digital print technologies
• Provide color management support on every project
• Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers
• Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
• Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

• Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects
• Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members

Skills & Experience

• Required:High school education
• Preferred:Certified Operator
• Preferred:Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks
• A Plus:Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
