Job summary

The Bernard Group, Inc. in Chanhassen, MN is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join our Large Format team. This full-time role prints to exact specs, with a $3.00 per hour shift differential for most of the shift after 5:00 pm.

We are 100% employee-owned and focus on delivering world-class products. Shifts run 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a rotating schedule, with a base compensation range shown below and ample benefits.

$3.00 per hour Shift Differential on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm

The Bernard Group is looking for an enthusiastic Digital Press Operator to join our Large Format team. You’ll be part of a talented production group that collaborates to deliver world class products to our customers. This opportunity focuses on printing materials per exact specifications, in a timely manner, using a variety of Large Format presses.

Shifts available

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday through Tuesday OR Wednesday through Friday (Three 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule every 4 months.)

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:

• a high school diploma or GED


• previous work experience in printing, print operations, cutting, or machine operations a plus but not required


• the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

On top of that you must:

In this position you'll:

• operate printing machines to create printed materials to customer specifications


• perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet company standards


• perform maintenance of print devices and equipment


• perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of machines at beginning of each shift


• collaborate on large projects with other departments team members


• be part of a forward thinking fast paced team of dedicated owner-operators

Compensation Range: $44,460 - $48,166

(This base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials).
