Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience with digital archiving solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• General understanding of REST, APIs, and SDKs.
• Familiarity with MODS, METS, PREMIS, and other metadata standards.
• Experience with XML.

Responsibilities

• Leverage archiving best practices for continual improvement.
• Create scripts for customer-specific use cases.
• Utilize APIs for integration.
• Stay updated on digital archiving trends and external changes.
• Ensure client satisfaction in SaaS product utilization.
• Act as escalation point for requests and incidents.
