Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Digital Program Portfolio Management Senior Specialist to align digital initiatives with global business objectives, optimize resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement across GSMG and GWES. You will gather requirements, prioritize portfolio initiatives, and support the digital strategy while building content on upcoming product releases for broad awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Administration, IT Management, Real Estate/Facilities Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain, with a focus on program and portfolio management, digital transformation, and digital strategy.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DS&I Digital Capability Portfolio Program Management (PPM) Lead to continuously develop a DS&I-specific strategy aligned with enterprise objectives, driving informed portfolio decisions that enhance digital capabilities and support the overall strategic vision of the organization.
• Support the creation of business cases for potential new technologies across GSMG & GWES, in order to capture scope and key value drivers for project prioritization.
• Work closely with IT and GSMG & GWES key stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital priorities.
• Build marketing and communication content for product releases, working closely with the GSMG & GWES Communication team and the Project team, to raise awareness of upcoming tools to the organization.
• Maintain comprehensive communication plan based on the digital roadmap, including technology releases outside GSMG & GWES (i.e., IT, GBS)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders to achieve key objectives and deliverables.
• Review and update key project details (value drivers, milestones, start & end dates, risks, actions) across all documents and systems to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
• Continuously analyze the DS&I digital portfolio backlog and support identifying related opportunities.
• Define and monitor value realization measures for initiatives.
• Complete ad-hoc projects as required to support the overall portfolio and identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize portfolio processes.
• Establish and enforce the use of standardized tools across DS&I, GSMG, & GWES.
• Support development of programs to raise digital acumen across GSMG & GWES.

The Global Sourcing Management Group (GSMG) & Global Workplace & Enterprise Services (GWES) are part of our Company's Global Support Functions (GSF). GSMG plays a critical role in enabling business success by partnering with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to deliver value, insights, and innovative sourcing solutions. The GWES organization is comprised of Facility Management, Real Estate Strategy, Transactions & Dispositions, Energy Management & Sustainability, Workplace Strategy, Integrated Facility Management, Analytics & Innovation, Asset Management, and Maintenance Excellence for all global commercial, mixed-use campuses, and research laboratories.

Digital Strategy & Insights office

Within GSMG and GWES, the Digital Strategy & Insights office is responsible for accelerating business outcomes through digital enablement. This team consists of the Digital Capability, Information Governance, Business Process, and Digital Delivery functions. The Digital Capability team plays a pivotal role within the Digital Strategy & Insights office by leading efforts in creating the vision of delivering innovative digital solutions across the Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) and Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES).

Digital Program Portfolio Management (PPM) Senior Specialist

will ensure alignment of digital initiatives with our overall Company business objectives, optimizes resource allocation, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital community. They will collaborate both within and externally to the DS&I organization to gather requirements for necessary digital capabilities, scope and prioritize relevant portfolio initiatives, and support the development of the digital strategy. This individual will also support the building of content to ensure the GSMG & GWES organization are aware of upcoming product releases and what value these releases will bring to the team.

Position Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Education & Experience Requirements

• Solid communication and presentation skills for a wide range of audiences, from entry-level associates to C-level leaders.


• Ability to translate business needs into structured quantifiable value frameworks in an end‑end business case; ability to track, measure and report realized vs. projected benefits over time of implemented projects.


• Ability to analyze issues from perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people) to frame and understand them effectively.


• Knowledge of the digital space in the procurement and/or facilities area, including technology trends, industry standards, new products, and solution development techniques


• Self-motivated and value-oriented with a mindset of continuous learning.

Salary

The salary range for this role is

$106,200.00 - $167,200.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
