Job summary

Laird Superfood in Boulder, Colorado seeks a Digital & Packaging Designer to join our in-house creative team. The role blends packaging production with digital/social design across three growing brands, offering variety from dieline prep to crafting social assets and email campaigns.

You’ll own print readiness and color management (Pantone/PMS, CMYK, overprint) and collaborate with QA/compliance to ensure FDA labeling readiness.

Qualifications

• Real working print production experience with Pantone/PMS color, CMYK, and dielines.
• Solid foundation in both print and digital design and understanding of differences between them.
• Working knowledge of paid social platform requirements (safe zones, specs, sizing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Comfort managing multiple brands, categories, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist packaging development across a wide range of CPG categories and brands.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready files within dielines.
• Work confidently with Pantone/PMS color, CMYK process, spot colors, and overprint.
• Ensure packaging includes Net Wt., Nutrition Facts, ingredients, manufactured for/by statements, Prop 65 language, Oregon Tilth organic certification, and Non-GMO Project Verified.
• Partner with quality/compliance to ensure FDA labeling requirements are met.
