The Pennsylvania Democratic Party is seeking a Distributed Organizer to join the Digital Team as part of the 2026 Coordinated Campaign. The role is based in Harrisburg, PA, with regular travel throughout the state.

Responsibilities include building grassroots support via phonebanking, recruiting and training volunteers, and managing Scale to Win tools. Online training via Zoom and Slack engagement are key components of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in distributed organizing or volunteer training and development.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with digital campaign tools (Scale to Win, Votebuilder, Mobilize, Reach).
Ability to track and report data in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner.
Familiarity with digital community management and online engagement.

Responsabilités

Build grassroots support by phonebanking and other direct voter contact tactics.
Recruit, manage, and train a diverse team of volunteers across Pennsylvania.
Help manage Scale to Win Tool for dialer and texting functions.
Hold online training and engagement events (Zoom) to grow an online volunteer community on Slack.
Engage and recruit volunteers into the Slack community and support content dissemination.
Lead special projects or priority initiatives for the Digital Team.
