Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Shippensburg, PA seeks a Site Digital Technology Leader to define and deliver the site digital master plan, lead a cross-functional digital team, and partner with GBS service lines to meet operational targets and compliance.

You will drive IT operations, own the portfolio reviews, foster digital innovation, manage the site IT budget, and develop others through Leadership Strength Assessments in a fast-paced, live environment.

Qualifications

• IT operations experience in IT operations or related role with incident, change and problem management.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware and software.
• Understanding of IT governance, risk management and compliance.
• Proven ability to deliver small to medium projects with collaboration.
• Ability to work with multifunctional site teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Onsite work five days a week in Shippensburg, PA.

• Actively participates in developing others in the function, ensuring completion of Leadership Strength Assessment (LSA) and a sustainable career journey.

The Opportunity

You will lead a multi-functional digital team at the site and partner with GBS service lines to deliver the site operational targets, compliance, and substantial value creation results.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• IT operations: Proven experience in IT operations or a related role. Incident management/Change management/Problem management.
• IT Systems: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Integrated Risk Management: Understanding of IT compliance, governance and risk management.
• Project Management: Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.
• Collaboration/stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team at the site, and broader teams across., to deliver operational excellence for the site.
• Leadership: Self-starter. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Shippensburg, PA.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant discipline.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers etc.) and experience in managing IT operations in a live environment.
• Experience in leading and managing projects.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Certified in CISA, ITIL Foundation, CCNA, PMP.
• Programming knowledge and experience desired, i.e., Python, SQL, C/C++, C#, etc.
