Abbott in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Digital Operations Associate to support content production and data workflows across InDesign, Excel, and Robohead. This 3‑month, onsite role requires strong technical and organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.

You'll export collateral from InDesign to CSV/Excel, validate data, manage review workflows, and coordinate with project managers, content developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and brand‑consistent outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Export collateral from Adobe InDesign to CSV files to be imported into existing Excel templates.
  • Validate content accuracy and document integrity.
  • Apply required formatting, formulas, and external data links in Excel.

Title: Digital Operations Associate

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Duration: 3 Months

100% Onsite

Summary:

The role includes exporting content from Adobe InDesign to Excel, updating and validating Excel models, linking back to Adobe InDesign, managing the review workflow for said material, and maintaining project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical, organizational, and quality assurance skills, with experience working across multiple content platforms and managing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

This role operates within a highly collaborative environment and requires regular communication with project managers, content developers, reviewers, and business stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality, and brand-compliant materials.

Required Top Qualifications:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including use of formulas and formatting.

Scope of Work:
  • Support content production across Adobe InDesign, Excel, BaseCase, and Robohead platforms.
Adobe InDesign Collateral Export:
  • Export existing collateral from Adobe to CSV files to be imported into existing Excel templates.
  • Validate content accuracy and document integrity.
Microsoft Excel Content Development:
  • Apply required formatting, formulas, and external data links.
  • Connect imported content to reference tables using formulas
  • Validate data accuracy, calculations, and file integrity.
Adobe InDesign Collateral Updates:
  • Link Adobe InDesign material to Excel models
  • Validate content accuracy and document integrity.
Digital Content Management:
  • Create PDF redlines and manage materials through review and approval workflows using a project management and document review system (Robohead).
  • Submit, review, and revise collateral based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Support content management activities within Robohead.
Economic Modeling Tool Data Integration if time permits:
  • Update web-based economic model platform (BaseCase) to created Excel models
  • Troubleshoot and repair data connections and linked resources.
  • Modify layouts and visual elements to support updated content and branding.
