GBH invites applications for a Digital & Multimedia Internship in Boston for Spring 2027. The intern will contribute to digital-first journalism on GBHNews.org and social platforms, creating in-depth features and multimedia content across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

You will learn streaming tech and help implement a digital strategy for a new program, working in a fast-paced newsroom. The role emphasizes independent, collaborative work, daily social posting, and hands-on video

Qualificações

An ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced news environment.
Self starter who contributes and executes on stories independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated effective and professional use of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.
Interest in learning video editing skills.
Interest in riding along with beat reporters to bring stories to life across platforms.

Responsabilidades

Produce and schedule daily posts and original content across social media channels.
Create and publish news content to GBHNews.org and related platforms.
Collaborate on digital storytelling across audio, video and social media.
Support a multiplatform approach to journalism for a new program from concept to execution.
