Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to work on-site at our Springfield, MO corporate office. You will support the execution and optimization of the customer shopping path, merchandising presentation, promotional messaging, and marketing content across assigned categories.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage web category navigation, and help coordinate offers with Internet strategy to ensure a seamless online customer experience. Travel is 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns planning and execution of category's digital shelf merchandising and product optimization.
• Manages site navigation, product hierarchy and category features.
• Coordinates digital marketing programs and communicates assortment strategy.
