The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in retail and strong proficiency with attribution tools, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills. The role follows a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with product attribution tools such as Salsify or IBM PIM.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product attribution and ensure accurate data in Belk.com.
• Collaborate with Taxonomy, Onsite Search, and Analytics teams.
• Troubleshoot attribution issues across applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement new navigation points.
• Document processes and train teams on attribution standards.
• Maintain best practices for product attributes across business areas.
• Review product set-ups and adjust where categories are missing.
• Work in a designated hybrid in-office schedule.
