Omnicom Media is seeking an Associate, Outcomes to join the team spanning Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas and New York. You will help deliver guaranteed performance against client KPIs by supporting media activation, reporting, and optimization for our agency portfolio.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and a proactive, team-driven mindset. Hybrid work with in-office three days per week is available, with flexibility to align with client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of advertising, marketing, and media principles.
• Prior client service experience is a plus; industry certifications (e.g., Google, Programmatic, Social) are a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day campaign activities, including media buying, data compilation, reporting, and partnership coordination.
• Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across programmatic, search, and social platforms.
• Contribute to reporting, insights, and presentations that show performance against KPIs and optimization opportunities.
• Help ensure campaigns adhere to client requirements, standards, and success metrics.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks to campaign performance while maximizing investment outcomes.
• Develop understanding of product positioning and value propositions to support tailored solutions for clients.
