Overview
Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing campaigns, optimize email and website performance, and manage advertising efforts. This role is essential in the People & Culture team and reports to the Director of Marketing. It is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic thinking, fast-paced environments, and using digital marketing to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Craft and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and inspire action, using audience segmentation to tailor messaging.
- Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads); explore new opportunities including print and local partnerships.
- Channel Management & Optimization: Oversee email marketing with segmentation and automation to deliver targeted messages; maintain and update Aspire’s website (with vendor support) to enhance user experience and drive traffic via SEO, paid search, and digital ads.
- Sponsorships & Events: Secure sponsorships and advertising opportunities at key conferences and events; collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong brand representation.
- Reputation Management: Monitor Aspire’s online presence on platforms such as Google Business, Indeed, and Glassdoor; partner with People & Culture to encourage employee reviews and respond to feedback.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and paid advertising.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Analytics) is strongly preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective time management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with interweaving schedules.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Residence requirement: candidates must live in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, or New Hampshire. Role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings or events as needed in one of these locations.
Compensation, Benefits & Work Environment
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/year
