In this in-person role, you’ll manage SEO, content, analytics, and AI-powered optimization, collaborating with teams to grow traffic and conversions while ensuring accuracy and relevancy of the site.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, including website management and SEO.

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day digital experience—keeping our website fresh, our content relevant, and our online presence working as hard as we do. This role blends creativity, technology, marketing, and data. You’ll manage website content and updates, create and launch digital campaigns, dig into user behavior, build SEO strategies, and use data to figure out what’s working—and what needs to change.
**This position is in-person located in our Freeman, SD store.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, including website management, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns Hands-on experience managing websites and creating digital content
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager Strong understanding of SEO strategy and tools
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content for a public audience
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to turn numbers into action
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially when technology decides not to cooperate
• Creativity and curiosity—you’re always looking for a better way to engage an audience and improve results
• Experience using AI tools to work faster and smarter
