Job Description
The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee the execution of paid search (PPC, SEM) and paid social media campaigns, working with agency partners to execute strategies set at the BU, pillar, and product levels. They will coordinate with the agency to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage campaign implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing managers with campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to support the organization's business units.
  • Coordinate with our ad agency on paid campaign tasks including creative trafficking, budget management, bid optimization, ad copy updates, and keyword management for product campaigns.
  • Work with marketing managers to test messaging, keywords, tactics, and audiences based on marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with growth and product marketing teams to enhance targeting and messaging, and to drive webinar and event registrations.
  • Work with Organic Social and SEO teams to ensure coordinated execution that improves cost efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Provide data analysis and insights for monthly planning and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications

  • Experience with start-ups or high-growth/PE-backed software companies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in building, editing, and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor.
  • Experience with audience targeting and remarketing on LinkedIn.
  • Track record of delivering sophisticated search media plans and strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media co-optimization strategies.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with ABM tools like 6Sense, Zoominfo, Clearbit, Dreamdata, Wrike, and Zapier is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level paid media campaigns.
