Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role. You will drive growth by selling digital marketing solutions—websites, ads, reviews, and SEO—to small businesses. Expect in-field and remote activities with strong training and a clear path to leadership.

Base salary is $43,000 with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, and OTA opportunities of $90k–$100k in Year 1, rising to $100k–$120k in Year 2. This role offers full benefits and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your own book of business and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build lasting client relationships across diverse industries.
