Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid field model. You will engage business owners, perform needs assessments, and deliver compelling presentations to develop a healthy book of business.

Expect comprehensive training and a clear path to leadership and promotions. Base salary with uncapped commissions, on‑target earnings announced for Year 1 and Year 2, with additional incentives and a Presidents Club Trip.

• Deliver compelling virtual and in‑person presentations and build lasting client relationships across industries.
