Job summary

Experis, a leading talent solutions company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in St. Louis, MO. You will lead internal teams and external partners through integrated planning, executing paid media campaigns and end-to-end project plans to drive brand initiatives.

You’ll guide teams through change, communicate progress, and ensure accountability across North America. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project or program management, with strong knowledge of media channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, agency roles, or cross-functional leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Media and Digital Marketing channels, including TV, Social Media, Audio platforms, PR, Retail Media, Websites, and Search.
  • Experience with content management and Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management and content workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
