Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - SEO Content Specialist to own SEO content workflows, perform keyword research, and coordinate with writers and AI tools for optimized content. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance on-page SEO and build backlinks for better visibility.

You will collaborate closely with technical and content teams on site health, schema implementation, and content strategy execution from Boise, ID, with daily on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush or similar) and keyword research.
  • Experience with GEO concepts and AI search optimization including LLMs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail with tech teams on-site health and schema needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own SEO content workflows by managing intake, outlining, production coordination, review, and publishing status tracking.
  • Conduct keyword research for blog and glossary topics using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush) and translate findings into SEO-driven content outlines.

Pay Range: $42.41 hourly

Shift: Mon to Fri - 8 Hours
