Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a part-time intern starting Fall 2026 to support website content, image management in the DAM, and coordination of sales events. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content across platforms and pages.
• Review and resolve website tickets and publish home listings.
• Prepare and upload images to the DAM system up to 30 per home.
• Build image galleries and link to home listings.
• Assist with planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Learn Meritage Homes’ business model and core values and translate into actions.
• Present real-world recommendations to senior leadership and document learnings.

Responsibilities

Meritage Home’s is a Top 5 builder dedicated to building energy-efficient homes and communities. We are looking for future leaders that can help Meritage continue to grow, set our future strategy and solve our business challenges. Our internship program is designed to help you not only understand what we do but how and why we do it. This position will be part-time starting Fall 2026. October/November 2026 start date.

The stuff you will do:

• Maintain and update content on the company website and on other key platforms
• Support the website by reviewing and resolving website tickets
• Creating or editing new content pages or articles on the corporate website
• Take responsibility for preparing and publishing home listings on our company website
• Downloading, preparing and uploading up to 30 images per home from our photography vendor to our Digital Asset Manager (DAM) system
• Building image galleries from the recently uploaded assets and associate them with the home listing
• Assist with the coordination, planning and execution of sales events and other promotions
• Provide support and assistance for new digital initiates, projects and programs as needed
• Support the execution of best practices with digital marketing campaigns
• Work closely with internal business leaders to learn the homebuilding industry, the Meritage business model and an assigned functional area such as construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance, human resources, etc.
• Learn our core values and why they drive everything we do
• Translate classroom experience into practical application during the internship
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving other interns and business leaders centered around current business challenges
• Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
• Write a paper focusing on the experience or another assigned topic
