New Century FS, Inc. is offering a Digital Media and Marketing Intern position in Ames, IA. The intern will support the Marketing Manager by conducting research, assisting with marketing strategies, and helping create advertising materials and website content.

The role requires pursuing a marketing-related degree at a 4-year university, strong independence, and the ability to travel as needed. This internship offers exposure to energy, agronomy, agri-finance, and other value-added services

Qualifications

• Pursuing a marketing, agriculture, or related degree at a 4-year university with junior or senior standing at internship start.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently.
• Shows business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing research and analysis.
• Develop, plan, and administer marketing strategies and projects with customers, vendors, and industry contacts.
• Customize and produce advertising and sales support materials, including direct mailers, literature, presentations, and program introductions.
