Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in SEO, social media marketing (organic), content marketing, and website engagement strategies. They should have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for creativity, and a deep understanding of digital trends to drive traffic, increase engagement, improve conversions, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and site structure for better search rankings.
Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building strategies.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Social Media Marketing (Organic):
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Analyze social media performance and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
Content Marketing & Website Engagement:
Develop creative and engaging content (blogs, articles, infographics, videos, social media posts, etc.) aligned with marketing goals.
Work on website engagement strategies to improve bounce rates, user experience, and time spent on site.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and developers to enhance website aesthetics and usability.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize ROI.
Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve conversions and reduce CPC.
Requirements & Skills:
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing).
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console).
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and conversion-driven content.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and website optimization is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
