Qualifikationen

• PhD in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognised university.
• Proficiency in SAS software highly preferred.
• Minimum of five years of teaching, research, or industry experience, preferably in higher education.
• Strong publication record with 3–5 indexed journal publications in last five years.
• Ability to secure external research grants as Principal Investigator with RM75,000–RM100,000 value.
• Scopus h-index of at least 5.
• Experience supervising at least two PhD students as main supervisor.
• Curriculum design, teaching innovation, and pedagogical excellence.
• Mentoring and coaching colleagues and students for academic excellence.
• Proven use of digital IT technologies in teaching and learning.
• Active involvement in research projects, consultancy, or professional practice.

• Contribute to academic leadership in teaching and learning, including curriculum innovation and programme development.
• Design, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching materials; conduct lectures, tutorials, and assessments.
• Provide mentorship to colleagues and postgraduate students in teaching strategies.

• Maintain high standards of teaching excellence to meet the University's expectations.
