Job summary

BimmerWorld is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to develop, write, publish digital marketing materials across all channels, and manage email newsletters with product photography for the web.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine art direction, coordinate with Sales and Web teams, and help expand brand awareness for North American product lines. Relocation bonuses and assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual marketing materials and posted social campaigns to engage BMW owners and enthusiasts, and to increase sales volume.
• Includes digital campaigns, print advertising, apparel, and other visual media.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Web departments to ensure each email piece aligns with approvals and input of relevant departments.
• Create merchandising imagery and web-ready graphics for promotions.
• Advise on brand image and ensure consistency across channels.
• Maintain brand voice/messaging across all social and marketing platforms.
• Manage Email Campaigns sent to BimmerWorld-owned lists.
• Send semi-monthly/weekly direct email campaigns reflecting offers and latest newsworthy items.
• Maintain circulation, scheduling, and distribution of these emails.
• Improve list management and expand to targeted audiences within our mailing list.
• Capture content (photo/video) at BimmerWorld HQ for social/marketing use.
• Formulate a media plan, storyboard, shot list, and deliverables with input from Marketing Manager.
• Assist Marketing Manager on art direction for specific projects.
• Support marketing for Lifeline USA & Powerflex USA.
• Establish new initiatives to expand brand awareness and sales for North American product lines.
• Product photography to populate the BimmerWorld site.
• Collaborate with vendors (print/online).
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
