Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in an entry-level role, offering hands-on experience in social media, audience research, advertising, and performance analysis.

This fully remote position enables work with Ukrainian and international brands and provides opportunities to learn and grow in digital marketing, with a supportive team and potential in-office option in Lviv.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, advertising and understanding audiences.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite and an interest in developing targeting skills.
• Analytical and structured approach with ability to work with performance data and KPIs.
• Good communication and copywriting skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Research audiences and help identify the right people to reach through social media and advertising.
• Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns.
• Support social media management, including content planning, publishing and community engagement.
• Track results, prepare basic reports and use insights to improve campaigns and social media activities.
