Job summary

Peoria Notre Dame High School seeks an admissions and marketing assistant for 2026-27 to promote the school digitally and directly with families. You will collaborate with the Director of Admissions and Marketing to craft engaging content, manage the website, and support campaigns for admissions events and school activities.

The role involves regular campus collaboration, occasional evening events, and opportunities to contribute to Catholic education with faith-led storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with website management, social media, and digital communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position with occasional evening or weekend events.
• Attend admissions events, school activities, and select extracurricular functions.
• Maintain and update the school website with current news, events, and photos; ensure content is accurate and aligned with branding.
• Create and schedule content for the school's social platforms and oversee the weekly family newsletter.
