Job summary

The NAB Leadership Foundation is seeking a Technical Director and Producer to oversee both linear and digital content production, with training provided for directing and graphics as needed.

In this part-time, hourly role, you will direct camera/video/audio talent, coordinate between engineering and production/digital teams, and work with news producers to deliver high-energy content across platforms. Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to learn new skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Minimum two years' experience in news operations, digital/linear content production.
• Proficiency with broadcast/digital control equipment and computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Directs camera/video/audio talent for all linear and digital platforms.
• Acts as a liaison between engineering and production/digital departments.
• Delivers clean and high-energy content on all platforms with news producers.
• Switches video sources and directions for all content platforms.
• Directs and produces with training provided.
