Working within Content Management and Creative Production Operations, this role manages digital asset workflows, metadata, taxonomy, rights documentation, and asset quality. The position supports the rollout and adoption of the Klick Global Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, partnering with Creative, Production, Studio, Business Affairs, Project Management, Client Service, and technical teams to ensure assets are accurate, accessible, and ready for responsible reuse.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the intake, cataloguing, retrieval, version control, and delivery of digital assets, including imagery, video, audio, logos, fonts, brand guidelines, and creative production files across internal and client DAM libraries.
  • Apply and maintain approved metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, campaign associations, and asset relationships; conduct recurring quality checks to identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistent documentation.
  • Support the Klick Global DAM rollout through asset onboarding, migration validation, workflow testing, and verification of automated or AI-assisted metadata, documenting issues and coordinating fixes with technical partners.
  • Maintain asset rights and lifecycle records, including licensing documentation, usage restrictions, expiration dates, approvals, and access permissions; **escalate** unresolved rights questions to Business Affairs or designated owners.
  • Coordinate asset requests, user onboarding, training materials, and issue resolution across Creative, Production, Studio, Project Management, and Client Service teams, tracking deadlines, dependencies, and recurring workflow improvements.
Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital asset management, digital librarianship, content operations, or information management, including independent ownership of asset workflows and user support.
  • Experience using digital asset management (DAM) platforms to upload, catalogue, retrieve, organize, and maintain digital assets across one or more libraries.
  • Practical experience applying metadata, taxonomy, naming conventions, version control, and asset relationships to digital media and creative production files.
  • Experience reviewing licensing records, usage restrictions, expiration dates, and supporting documentation to identify incomplete or inconsistent asset rights information.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets to maintain asset inventories, track requests, document quality checks, and coordinate operational workflows.
  • Experience communicating asset submission requirements, resolving routine library issues, and providing process guidance or training to internal or external users.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience supporting DAM implementations, content migrations, asset onboarding, workflow testing, or validation of automated metadata ingestion.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency, creative production, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environment.
