Job summary

Young World Physical Education in Urbandale is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead - Digital Learning Teacher Librarian to support educational growth and leadership within the Professional Learning Community. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant teaching experience, with a passion for fostering a culture of student achievement and inclusivity.

This is a full-time position that comes with additional leadership responsibilities, ensuring that both data-driven decision making and collaboration are at the forefront of the educational process. An additional stipend of $2,000 is offered alongside standard responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in the Urbandale Community School District.
• Proven record of collaboration in the PLC process.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the PLC process ensuring effective collaboration around student outcomes.
• Provide leadership in making data-based decisions that drive instruction and school improvement efforts.
• Work closely with building administrators and learning coaches to align continuous improvement efforts.
