Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of the digital scanning process and how scanners work.
• Ability to locate and select client files in the computer system for scanning.
• Must report to work on time and be prepared to perform duties.
• Understanding of meeting departmental productivity benchmarks and quality standards.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Able to work both on a team and individually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan paper documents per customer specs.
• Accept changes to specifications and assist with updates.
• Use automatic feeder and flatbed scanner for various paper sizes.
• Set scanner parameters for each job per customer specs.
• Perform daily scanner maintenance and cleaning to ensure image quality.
• Log document/box numbers for retrieval.
• Assist teammates with document prep and indexing.
• Complete other tasks as directed by supervisor or Director of Operations.
