Job summary

Turing Global India is seeking creative and detail-oriented Digital Imaging Specialists and 3D Artists who can create high-quality stylized assets from briefs and references. The ideal candidate has strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation.

You will work with Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D to produce low-poly, voxel, handcrafted styles and texture recreations.

Qualifications

• Freshers or experienced artists welcome.
• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D work and material exploration.
• Proficiency in listed software (Blender, ZBrush, Adobe CC, After Effects, 3ds Max or Cinema 4D).
• Understanding of NPR workflows and asset optimization.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create stylized 3D models and digital assets.
• Work with low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles.
• Recreate textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
• Apply strong topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering.
• Produce consistent variations and optimize assets for production.
• Document workflows and incorporate feedback.

Role Overview:

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Digital Imaging Specialist/Digital Artists and 3D Artists who can create high-quality stylized assets from briefs and references. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation.

Project Snapshot:

• Current task mix provides estimated earning potential based on Approved tasks
• 8-10 weeks remote project
• Up to 40 hours/week; part-time artists working up to 20 hours/week are welcome
• Paid in USD
• Start after portfolio approval and onboarding

What Youll Do:

• Create stylized 3D models and digital assets.
• Work with low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles.
• Recreate textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
• Apply strong skills in topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering.
• Produce consistent variations and optimize assets for production.
• Document workflows and incorporate feedback.

Requirements:

• Freshers, emerging Digital artists, and experienced professionals are welcome.
• Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D work and material exploration.
• Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with relevant plugins and scripts.
• Understanding of NPR workflows, visual storytelling, and asset optimization.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
