Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare administration, information systems, business administration, or related field; 4 years' equivalent experience can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Master's degree preferred in Healthcare administration, information systems, business administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic interface between UC Health business areas and Digital Health Systems.
• Partner with enterprise, clinical, and operational leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable digital health initiatives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executive and senior leaders to support alignment of digital portfolio with enterprise goals.
• Translate enterprise strategy into a prioritized digital health demand and initiative roadmap and support demand intake and portfolio prioritization.
• Review, analyze, and report program data to track performance metrics and outcomes; present regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and within budget; align budgets under the service line umbrella.
• Identify risks and issues related to program implementation and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training and support to project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the program.
