We seek a Program Manager, Digital Solutions to lead software-focused product development for connected medical devices and SaMDs, partnering with Software Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Engineering and Cybersecurity to deliver compliant, high-quality products.

The role requires strong program leadership in regulated environments and experience guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of program/project management and software development experience.
Experience leading cross-functional software projects and coordinating stakeholders.
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and execution methodologies.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead software and digital product development programs from planning through release.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity.
Develop integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk strategies.
Ensure alignment of software with hardware and business deliverables.
Support compliance with design controls and software life cycle processes.
