Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in project management, digital product management, user experience research, software development, healthcare technology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and defined timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital health projects from concept through implementation with investigators, designers, developers, and qualitative researchers.
• Develop software specifications and user stories; coordinate usability research and QA testing.
• Coordinate requirements gathering; plan projects and manage scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Foster trusted relationships with investigators and stakeholders and identify risks and dependencies.
