Job summary

Altium Packaging in Turners Falls, MA is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high-quality graphics, ads, packaging, and branding materials for internal and external clients.

You'll manage marketing briefs, coordinate timelines, and collaborate with sales and studio teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint is required, along with strong organization and communication skills.

• Collaborate with clients and marketing team to improve graphics and branding across regions.
• Work with studio PKG on packaging design elements.
• Ensure brand-consistent visuals across all marketing materials.
• Support sales teams to provide required marketing materials.

Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift (United States of America)

The Graphic Designer will design and create high quality graphics, images, & marketing materials with a focus on consistent branding representation and high brand impact, at the request of internal and external customers.

Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inbound Marketing Creative Briefs, and ensuring that all briefs reach the correct member of the marketing team.
• Review and approve assigned creative briefs, and work with the customer to ensure alignment on deliverables, project scope, and project timeline
• Create ads, social media content, packaging designs, label designs, photography, promo items, and other graphic elements as requested in creative briefs coming from customers across all Altium regions and business units, and complete high quality deliverables on schedule.
• Work with clients and other marketing team members to improve Altium's current portfolio and graphics, logos, branding, marketing materials
• Work with studio PKG on packaging design elements
• Work to ensure there is brand consistent visual representation of Altium across all marketing materials
• Work with sales teams as needed to ensure they have the required marketing materials

• Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.

Required Education and Experience

• -experience in marketing, graphic design, or related field
• -experience using Adobe Suite Advanced user of Microsoft powerpoint
• -Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
• -Excellent organization and time management skills
• -Excellent communication skills
• -Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Education and Experience

• -Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field Experience with CRM software

Targeted Pay Range: $45,200.00 - $54,900.00
