Job summary

Rosen LTC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Digital Forensics and Litigation Support Specialist to collect and analyze digital evidence and support trials. You will work directly with attorneys and clients and help generate new business through CLEs and professional relationships.

This role involves collecting data from phones and computers, organizing evidence for litigation, maintaining chain-of-custody, and preparing timelines and exhibits for courtroom use. Travel may be up to 30% over time.

Qualifications

• A related degree and experience with Cellebrite, Magnet, OnCue, or similar platforms are helpful but not required.
• We value technical aptitude, judgment, attention to detail, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect and preserve data from phones, computers, drives, email accounts, cloud sources, and other digital systems.
• Analyze and organize digital evidence for litigation, discovery, investigations, and case strategy.
• Maintain accurate chain‑of‑custody records and defensible documentation.
• Prepare timelines, reports, exhibits, and presentations that make technical findings understandable.
• Support trial teams with courtroom technology, OnCue or similar tools, video, and exhibit preparation.
• Communicate directly with attorneys, clients, investigators, and internal team members.
• Travel for collections and trials, including occasional multi day assignments.
• As expertise grows, participate in CLEs, Lunch & Learns, and relationship-building activities that create new work.
