Job summary

Saliense is seeking a senior security analyst with extensive digital forensics and incident response experience. You will conduct forensic analysis across Windows, Linux, and Mac and perform malware analysis, data/triple-check acquisitions, and cloud-activity investigations using M365, Azure, and AWS.

You will leverage EDR, SIEM, and full packet capture tools to hunt and investigate endpoint and network activity, working in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting or supporting digital forensic analysis (Windows, Linux, Mac).
• Experience with M365, Azure and AWS.
• Ability to investigate VMs, CloudTrail, IAM logs; use EDR, SIEM, and full packet capture for hunts and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform digital forensic analyses and incident investigations on endpoints and networks.
• Investigate and hunt activity using EDR, SIEM, and packet captures.
• Collaborate with security teams to remediate findings and improve investigations.

Required Experience

• Must have at least 5 years of experience conducting, or supporting the conduct of, digital forensic analysis (Windows, Linux and Mac), digital media acquisition (disk duplication), mobile device acquisition/analysis, malware analysis.
• Experience with M365, Azure and AWS.
• Ability to investigate Virtual Machines, Cloud Trail, IAM logs. Utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as EDR, SIEM, and full packet capture to perform hunt and investigative activity to examine endpoint and network-based activity.

Qualifications:

• Certifications (preferred): SANS GIAC, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, GREM, GISF, GXPN, GCTI, GOSI, EnCase (EnCE, CFSR, ENCEP)
