You will work with Gap’s senior leadership to fuse experience design, technology, content, customer insight, and external partners into a compelling, usable product.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products from 0 to 1.
• Experience in digital transformation, personalization, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn vision into a clear product strategy, experience, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead from 0 to 1, from ideas to prototypes, MVPs, testing, and launch.
• Shape the experience and ongoing engagement for users.
• Lead across design, technology, content, customer engagement, and external partners.
• Drive priorities, make trade-offs, remove obstacles, and move toward outcomes.
