Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, digital media, user experience, software development, web design, data analytics, information systems, public administration, or related field.
• One year of experience supporting website content, digital communications, customer experience, marketing, analytics, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day webmaster functions: review requests, publish pages, maintain links, and track progress.
• Conduct pre- and post-publication QA for accuracy, navigation, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Monitor website analytics, DXA data, and customer feedback to identify friction and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and content-health reports to surface trends and risks.
• Support usability testing and gather customer feedback for improvements.
• Develop digital content and self-service tools while following brand and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and drive timely website improvements.
