Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Digital Engineering Intern—BIM to be based in Dallas, TX. This internship is expected to begin in January 2027 and offers hands-on experience in drones, 3D printing, photo capture, laser scanning, and 4D animations using Synchro.

You will contribute to project dashboards and learn to create visuals from multiple data sources under senior staff guidance. The program provides a broad, well-rounded learning experience within construction management and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering and must have completed at least 1 year of study.
• Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience with Drones, 3D-Printing, 360 Photos, Laser Scanning
• Learn to create 4D Animations using Synchro
• Create model content for business development pursuits to help win new work
• Create Visuals and Mine Project Data from multiple sources for Project Dashboards
• Shadow MEP Coordination Meetings on mega-projects across the country
• Performs assignments requiring standard techniques and procedures
