Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale missions and systems engineering and integration.
• 3+ years of SE analysis and producing SE products for DoD/government systems.
• 3+ years of practical MBSE for specs, ICDs, and system architecture.
• Experience with digital engineering tools: Cameo, MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, IBM Rhapsody.
• Ability to perform multiple SE and program management functions during design reviews and verification.
• Ability to communicate with government clients, FFRDCs, and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into coherent engineering artifacts across lifecycle stages.
• Develop systems engineering products in support of DoD/government systems.
• Produce interface control documents and system architecture artifacts using MBSE.
• Support program needs with digital engineering tools and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with government clients and partners to achieve program goals.
• Mentor team members and strengthen multidisciplinary coordination.
