Job summary

Avion Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Digital Engineer to support Army Aviation Capability Program Executive (CPE) activities in Huntsville, AL.

The role focuses on leading digital engineering efforts for FLRAA, coordinating with PM FLRAA, engineers, logistics, and external stakeholders to drive requirements into actionable tasks and initiatives. The candidate will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensure data traceability through configuration management, and support

Qualifications

Experience translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements or product increments.
Ability to coordinate technical efforts across government, contractor, OEM, and external stakeholders.
Experience with configuration management practices and maintaining data traceability.

Responsibilities

Perform product owner duties for FLRAA digital engineering efforts.
Lead OEM digital engineering activities and coordinate priorities.
Translate program priorities into actionable digital engineering tasks and initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and other teams to support digital objectives.
Support model-based engineering activities across the program.
Apply configuration management to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
Plan, schedule, and oversee digital engineering tasks and activities.
Monitor earned value budget and schedule information for cost, schedule and performance.
Develop user guides and training materials for digital engineering tools.
