Unilin is seeking a Functional Analyst in the Digital Engagement Domain to analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications, guiding an agile team in implementing digital applications such as B2B portals, websites, and sales tools.

You will collect requirements, map solutions with the product owner, translate them into specs, collaborate with UX, integration and SAP ERP teams, support test case setup, demonstrate value to business users, and maintain clear

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a functional analyst role.
• Experience with digital engagement tools and SAP Commerce.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in an SAP environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You are part of an agile team in the digital engagement domain.
• You collect and understand business requirements and map functional solutions with the product owner.
• You translate the chosen solution into functional specifications based on our digital platforms and guidelines.
• You share and discuss specifications during technical refinement sessions.
• You collaborate with UX designers, integration and SAP ERP teams to ensure effective implementation.
• You assist in setup and execution of test cases.
• You demonstrate the implemented solution to business users.
• You create and maintain clear documentation.
