JB Dental Lab in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Designer to join our fast-paced digital design team. You will use EXOCAD or 3Shape to create high-precision dental prosthetics from prescriptions, and work with technicians and clinicians to ensure accurate, timely revisions and efficient production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in digital crown & bridge design, excellent attention to detail, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in digital design of removable dental prosthetics
• Proficient in EXOCAD or 3Shape design software for removable prosthetics
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials and occlusion
• Ability to interpret and follow dental prescriptions and technical specifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to design crowns, bridges and other dental appliances with high accuracy and precision.
• Handle revisions, repairs and adjustments in a timely manner
• Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure that they meet the necessary standards
• Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians and dentists to ensure that all designs are created properly
• Collaborate with other technicians, designers and finishers to maintain efficient production

Position Summary

JB Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Designer to join our innovative and fast-paced digital support and design team. In this role, you will leverage advanced CAD software such as EXOCAD or 3Shape to create high-quality dental prosthetics that meet precise functional and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret dental prescriptions accurately while delivering timely revisions, repairs, and adjustments. As part of a collaborative, family-oriented environment, you will work closely with technicians and clinicians to ensure efficient production, exceptional quality control, and outstanding client satisfaction.
