Qualifications

• Computer and technical aptitude required; able to navigate a digital environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential.
• Attention to detail is critical for accurate denture fabrication.
• Must pass a hands-on skills assessment/bench test.
• Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience in a dental office is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period; relocation may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
