The Project Lead is responsible for leading Digital Delivery and BIM execution for Data Center projects within Advanced Manufacturing. This role serves as the technical lead for BIM and Revit workflows, ensuring project teams adhere to client standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and Digital Delivery requirements. The Project Lead will oversee model development, multidisciplinary coordination, data management, and digital project delivery throughout the project lifecycle while supporting project teams, clients, and design leadership.
Seeking a highly technical Digital Delivery Project Lead with extensive Revit and BIM coordination experience to lead multidisciplinary model development, Digital Delivery execution, and client-facing BIM initiatives on large-scale Data Center projects. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on Revit expertise with strong project leadership skills and a passion for innovation, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this position is $113,100.00 to $155,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
