Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, delivering a smooth pickup experience for customers. You’ll greet customers, handle payments, and work with store leadership to resolve issues while maintaining a neat curbside area.

The role emphasizes a service mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail, with training provided for new technologies and processes. Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Able to follow procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Past cashier and online ordering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online curbside orders quickly and accurately.
• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area and collect payment as needed.
• Greet customers in person and on the phone with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
