Job summary

WongDoody GmbH is seeking a creative designer to craft digital-first visuals for campaigns across social, web, and media. The role leverages our global network of 2,000+ colleagues across 22 design studios and brands such as dm, Otto, Porsche, Bosch, TRUMPF, and Mercedes-Benz.

You will join interdisciplinary teams, brainstorm bold concepts, and deliver dynamic visuals that perform on screen first across formats and touchpoints. We value curiosity and collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• A degree in graphics or design required.
• 3 years agency or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio of digital-native campaigns and visuals.
• Strong eye for digital formats and social content.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop innovative digital visuals and creative territories.
• Produce concepts that work across feeds, platforms, and formats.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams with account management, UX, and clients.
• Translate digital ideas into scalable campaign systems.
